I noticed that, the more I practiced ThetaHealing, the more I noticed ‘automatique’ changes in my thoughts and my feelings. There is more peace, more joy. This other energy in my life is also influencing my decisions, like for example what I do, with whom I spend my time with, how I communicate, etc.
I believe that all of these changes are based on a change of awareness. You can also experience this change of awareness when you are starting to practice ThetaHealing on a regular basis.
